In 2016, a new company emerged from the combined expertise and vision of three companies: Northel, Milres, and Foraminifera. Driven by a shared passion for a sustainable future, these organizations united their strengths to create a formidable entity dedicated to high-quality engineering. With a commitment to discipline and a deep respect for nature and humanity, the company initially operated under its founding name until 2024, when it was renamed Tolya. Tolya represents a forward-thinking approach, blending innovation with responsibility, ensuring that every project aligns with the principles of sustainability and environmental stewardship.
